Girlfriend Me ("the App") is an AI chat companion app developed by Futuron Inc. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

Display Name: The name you enter during onboarding, used to personalize your conversations.
Chat Messages: Messages you send are processed by our AI service to generate responses. Messages are not stored on our servers after the conversation session ends.
Photos: If you share photos, they are sent to our AI service for analysis and response. Photos are not permanently stored on our servers.
Purchase Information: Subscription status is managed through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not collect or store payment details.

Data Storage

Chat history is stored locally on your device only. We do not maintain server-side copies of your conversations. Your selected girlfriend type and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms.

Third-Party Services

Google Gemini API: Used to generate AI chat responses. Messages are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing.
Apple StoreKit: Used for subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as necessary to provide the App's functionality.

Data Retention

We do not retain your chat messages or photos on our servers. All conversation data is processed in real-time and not stored. Local data on your device persists until you delete the App.

Your Rights

Delete all local data by deleting the App
Request information about your data by contacting us
Opt out of data collection by discontinuing use of the App

Children's Privacy

Girlfriend Me is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
