1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Girlfriend Me ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Girlfriend Me is an AI-powered chat companion application. The App uses artificial intelligence to simulate conversation. The AI is not a real person and responses are generated by machine learning models.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
Share content generated by the App that could be harmful or misleading
Use the App to generate content that violates any laws or regulations
Misrepresent AI-generated conversations as real human interactions

6. AI Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated responses for entertainment purposes. Responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful. The App is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or real human relationships. Futuron Inc is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you create or share through the App. By using the App, you grant Futuron Inc a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Futuron Inc provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI responses, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
